I recently used this company's website to streamline my child's school enrollment process. The platform was user-friendly and made the application process much easier. However, I found that the communication and follow-up from the company's team were lacking. Despite filling out all the required information, it took longer than expected to receive updates on the status of the application. 🤔 Also, I encountered some technical glitches while navigating the website, which was frustrating.
