Luau was wonderful, venue services were not. "Auntie Pat" a supervisor did her best to ruin our wedding. She was rude and abrasive. She upset everyone she had contact with in our wedding party including the groom (me), bride, our parents and other guests. She was condescending and a few of us heard her making vindictive comments to others about us. I would not recommend using this venue. It's quite shameful and unfortunate because the luau we had booked as a reception was spot on. We expressed our displeasure to the manager Brandon and he and his staff made sure we were happy and felt welcome. However my memories of the day will always be of the frustration and anger I felt over our rude and abrasive treatment from Pat. Several employees commented that she was hard to get along with and "set in her ways". To bad, they know they have a problem and continue to let her torture the customers.
