I had a very average experience with Lightbeam. While their website looked great and professional, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke with were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in my concerns. Additionally, their pricing was quite high compared to similar companies in the industry. Overall, I was not impressed with Lightbeam and would not recommend them.
