I recently had some electrical work done by Longhorn Automation and Electrical, and overall, my experience was average. Their website, longhornae.com, provided helpful information about their services and contact details. The staff was professional and punctual, arriving at the scheduled time. The electrician assigned to my project seemed knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue efficiently. However, I felt that the pricing was slightly on the higher side compared to other companies I have used in the past. Additionally, the communication throughout the process could have been better. It took some time to get a response when I had questions or needed follow-up information. Despite these shortcomings, the work carried out was satisfactory, and my electrical issue was resolved. In conclusion, Longhorn Automation and Electrical provided an average service, but there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and communication.
