I am SPG Gold member. Be advised that your SPG discount does not apply to all F&B at this location. Very unhappy, and only discovered this AFTER the fact. Should have been communicated at reception at check-in. ALSO... Took 3 Pina Coladas for them to make it correct. Staff at the bar are not always a "bartender". The room is very nice. Cleaning staff needs to be more observant. I displayed the indicator for room cleaning, and after 4 hours away from the room, no cleaning or removal of breakfast trolley. I don't know what is going on with this facility, but it is not good. I was here in 2014, and it was a much better experience. I only give it 3 stars for the room upgrade.
