We spent a night in the Villa Kennedy because of a VA in Frankfurt. Great ambience, very hard-working staff, rooms clean and big. Sure the top address in Frankfurt - we'll be back. A little disappointed food / breakfast & service in the restaurant and bar area (long waiting, cold coffee, hot water). We had promised ourselves more of that. The daily price for the parking (39 EUR) could have been called in advance. Still recommended for a pleasant stay.
