I recently started doing yoga and stumbled upon Yoga For Surfers through a friend's recommendation. I am so glad I did! The classes are fantastic and I love that I can do them from the comfort of my own home. The instructors are great and provide clear instructions during the sessions. I have noticed an improvement in my flexibility and balance since starting. I would definitely recommend Yoga For Surfers to anyone interested in yoga.
