I have to say that Tri-City EXEMPLIFIES what it means to provide customer service. From the initial call, I was met with courteous, professional, and serviceable rapport. Just bought a house and the hidden gems are being found. My A/C unit busted 3 weeks in August during the heatwave. My current unit is about 17 years old, way past the lifetime. Called Tri-City on Monday, and they offered to send a tech the same day! Unexpected, so I scheduled to the following. Brett, their tech, came by, fixed the problem, and looked at both my units. Was very thorough and found multiple possible issues. Recommended that it was better to replace than repair. Not a great option, given the expense, however, it was an investment that has already paid off. Crew came today, finished the job, and left the site as no one was ever here. My new unit was upstairs in a very uncomfortable attic, Tri-City did the job, and did it well! Highly recommend for their service, great staff, and overall fair and honest upfront pricing. Hope the second unit last a little longer, but when it comes time to replace, will not hesitate to call Tri-City Heating and Cooling!
