Mike Stratton and Dr. Richard Veyna are beyond awesome. Before I became a customer, they both took all kinds of time to answer my questions and to explain things in a way that even I could understand. And if that wasn't enough, AFTER I became a customer, they were even more available, more responsive, and more helpful. When I got into a little bit of a situation (of my own doing BTW) they were extraordinarily helpful in keeping me on the big picture, talk through it, make suggestions, and provide feedback. Definitely service after the sale! I couldn't be more satisfied.
