I have been a customer of Cefi for several years now and I have to say that their services are average. While they provide good financial inclusion solutions, there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and informative. The customer support team is responsive but sometimes their response time is a bit slow. Overall, my experience with Cefi has been satisfactory.
