I have sent you an email today regarding my company selling my mortgage to you. I have received nothing from your company regarding the loan. I do not even have a loan number and the person I spoke to on the phone was useless. I expect a phone call today or tomorrow, I am usually a month ahead on my payments and the woman on the phone tells me I can't do that or do bi- weekly split payments to be ahead. that is funny since every other company I have had in the past 15 years I have had my home I never had a problem. Get yourselves together and I expect a call back. I am also notifying my original loan company and told then if you do not resolve this I expect them to cut ties with you for anyone else. UPDATE** Well I now know why you do not take out early payments, you got sued by the government for fraud along with PayMap Inc.
