I have had a lot of really bad experiences with courts and FOC case workers. However my caseworker for Kent has been especially helpful. I wish they would replace every corner of our justice dept. with people like her. All FIVE STARS were earned by my caseworker. She deserves to know that the quality job shes doing helps the world around her for the better and if more people were like her then our justice dept. wouldn't be the sh** that it is now.

Professional, Respectful, Courteous. These are the words that should represent a govt. and its institutions. Programs that should be serving the people, not ruining lives.
