Jeff and his staff have always been there for me for any issues I have had at work (Country 3 Corners) or personal, but Marielle went above and beyond yesterday. She dedicated hours to assist us with an operating system upgrade that we had not planned. She was patient and went out of her way to insure that the upgrade could go through without a problem. It saved me hours of research and time at work after close. Thank you.
