I have been a tenant of Associates Realty for several years now. I love my apartment and I feel what we pay is very fair. However Associates Realty has been very unprofessional when we have needed maintenance lately. Kim, who answers the phone is consistantly rude and no one seems to want to return our calls.

We put in a maintenance order and could see a technician had been contacted via the online portal. We waited a day and heard from no one all the while our kitchen sink was completely unusable. We called several times to try and find out when the plumber would be coming. There was either no answer or our property manager was "unavailable". We left messages and no one called back.

We were only able to get an answer when my husband went to the office physically for them to let us know when the plumber will be coming. I don't understand why it took this much effort to get a simple answer. It seems they were avoiding us and don't care.
