Mixed experience. The initial consultations were promising, but the follow-up communication left much to be desired. I expected more transparency and responsiveness as the case progressed. While the staff were courteous, I often found myself waiting for updates and clarification on my concerns. The overall handling felt inconsistent, which made a challenging situation even more stressful. Not what I anticipated.
