I had a mixed experience with Alien bucket productions. Their website, gamerreaction.com, is impressive and easy to navigate. However, their customer service was lacking. I had some technical issues with a game I purchased, and it was difficult to get assistance. The company needs to improve their support team to provide better assistance to their customers. Overall, it was an average experience.
