I recently used a pet care center for the first time, not from Pet Pals Central, and I was quite disappointed. The service was subpar and the staff seemed disinterested. I wish I had chosen Pet Pals Central instead. I've heard great things about their services. Next time, I will definitely choose Pet Pals Central.
