I have mixed feelings about Zalando. While they have a wide range of products to choose from, the quality of some items I've purchased hasn't been up to my expectations. It would be great if they could improve the quality control and ensure all products meet the advertised standards. On the positive side, their customer service team has been helpful in resolving any issues I had. I hope they continue to address these concerns and improve the overall shopping experience.
