I've been a member of Ratio One 61 Crossfit for a while now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The trainers are amazing and always push me to my limits. The workouts are challenging but incredibly rewarding. The community is supportive and welcoming. I've made some lifelong friends here. Ratio One 61 Crossfit has truly changed my life for the better.
