I have been a customer of Telecomplus for several years and I must say their service is average. The website simplysavings.org.uk is easy to navigate and offers a good range of products. However, I have found their customer support to be lacking. It takes them ages to respond to queries and their solutions are often ineffective. Overall, I would rate Telecomplus as average.
