Bought an apartment from a realtor from this company. Asked about pet policy at house opening, at the inspection and before closing. At all occasions, the realtor assured me that my pet is allowed. He even told my realtor that the by laws were being changed and that pets are allowed and the new by laws will state that. they said we will receive paper work on stating that pets were allowed. I cannot move into the apartment as pets are not allowed. I contacted the president of this company to report what happened. Received email saying she will look into it. I followed up with emails and proof of conversation with company's realtor and communication was severed. Stay away, employ unethical people.

In response to below, the condo HOA was contacted and they stated that there was never a vote on pet policy, the policy was not up for changes at anytime. The realtor misrepresented this information and the association can be contacted to verify this information.
