I had a mixed experience with Metrô rio. The service was average, nothing extraordinary. The trains were clean and on time, but the staff was not very helpful. There were a few delays during my commute, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would say it's an okay option for traveling in Rio de Janeiro.
