I have been a customer of Marketpower for several years now and I have to say, their service is average. It's not outstanding, but it's not terrible either. The website is easy to navigate and ordering products is a breeze. However, the customer support could use some improvement. There have been a few times where I've had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking with a representative. Overall, I would give Marketpower an average rating.
