I recently had the opportunity to work with the Springfield group, and I must say that it was an average experience. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was user-friendly, which made the overall process smooth. However, I expected more from a reputed company like Springfield. The communication could have been better, and the response time could have been quicker. Overall, it was an average experience.
