Ashley Whipman liar and coward

I had the unfortunate task of delivering a BMW XM to Ashley Whipman, Director, at 4 Whittle Court, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FT. From the start, Mr Whipman was an ignorant, arrogant, intolerant, angry, abusive, threatening (both verbally and physically), liar and coward.
He refused to sign for the car resulting in his threatening to "throw [me] out.". He then slammed the door on my foot, so violently, he thought the door was broken. He then grabbed me and attempted to wrestle me out of the building. After several seconds he let go and I left. I reported the incident to my company and the police. I also reported the incident to Oakwood a few times, but have heard nothing back from them.
I realise I have no relevant qualifications, but I believe Mr Whipman has serious mental health issues and should be treated for such.
