I also transferred from Gold's Gym without warning or agreement after they apparently bought out their contracts. I tried going for a couple of months before deciding to cancel my membership because it was not worth it to me. Half the nights I tried to go there was zero parking. Front desk people rarely acknowledged people coming or leaving. Also covid hit and really limited gym use anyways. Fast forward SEVEN months after cancelling and I receive another bill for a months membership. On a credit card I no longer use and happened to randomly check luckily. Emailed their billing company and got a couple responses until they just stopped responding.
