I had a mixed experience with BatSleeves. The quality of their products is excellent, but their customer service needs improvement. The website was easy to navigate, and I liked the variety of sleeves they offer. However, when I had an issue with my order, it took a long time for them to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, I would rate them as average.
