A woman claiming to be the the consul's assistant named Roni,opened her mouth loudly ,interfering in a quiet talk with the clerk raising her voice close to shouting ,unnecessarily ,and abusive ,believing probably that she is a 'rasar' in Tzahal,bulling a 'turai', or working in 'shuk hacarmel' where such as her actually belong and should be sent back there. It is quiet obvious what her origin and background are and the consulate should be more carefully selecting who is working in the office that represent Israel.
