Worst rental experience ever! My bike was stolen 3 months ago-no action was taken. My packages are stolen from the main entrance door on a regular basis and the maintenance team is absolutely not bothered about it. Multiple complaints have been filed but no action is ever taken. Basic amenities like water heater on a chilly winter morning stops working and we are left with no hot water. It is a disgrace!
