I have had a mixed experience with Bindewald Maintenance Inc. on several occasions. Their response time is usually prompt, but the quality of their work can be inconsistent. There were times when the repairs were carried out efficiently, but also instances where they had to come back multiple times to fix the same issue. Overall, I would rate them as mediocre.
