🧘‍♀️🙏 Kozen Yoga is an amazing place to practice yoga and find inner peace! The instructors are skilled and passionate about what they do. The studio has a calming ambiance that allows you to fully immerse yourself in the practice. I have personally benefited greatly from the various classes they offer, including hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga. The community at Kozen Yoga is supportive and inclusive, making it a truly welcoming environment. I can't recommend this studio enough! 🌟
