I had a mixed experience with The Veridus Group, Inc. The veridusgroup.com website is easy to navigate, but I had some issues with their customer service. It took longer than expected to get a response, and when I did, the answers were not thorough. Despite these challenges, they did eventually resolve the issue. Overall, it was an okay experience.
