There cant be a worse hotel in Richmond. Absolutely none of the garuntees amenities were offered.
Swimming pool? Not serviced at all and is gross with bugs and frogs
Hot tub/Jacuzz? Sorry just an empty tub (I was there for a month on a business trip), it was never filled.
Basketball court? Sorry another lie. The so called basketball court is a hoop attached to the back of the garbage dump.
Free breakfast. Nope. In a month of staying there it never happened.
Gym/exercise room. Another bs lie from these people. It doesnt exist.
Theres no linen exchange unless you pay for it. I had no remote control for my tv. They charge 1$ per page to print things in their business room which is awful. The staff, is untrained and have zero idea what to do about anything. Most simple questions I asked were met with "i dont know".
Long story short; please dont stay here it is a trap of a hotel and its even not affiliated with the Grand Magnuson organization; they currently being sued for false representation. Please please spend the extra 50$ and stay somewhere else or sleep in your car. At least you wont be so grossly disappointed. Did I mention roaches? Yep. Worst place Richmond has to offer.
