I have been using NRC Health services for a few months now and I must say, they have been average. The customer service is responsive and the overall experience is satisfactory. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their website's user interface. It can be a bit confusing to navigate and find the information I need. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts in providing healthcare solutions.
