I had an average experience with NeuroVice. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very satisfactory. Overall, the product I purchased was decent, but I expected better service.
