I have been a customer of Bill Kriste Insurance for quite some time now, and I have to say that their service is average at best. The website, covermyauto.com, is user-friendly and makes it easy to get a quote. However, I have had a few issues with their customer service team. There have been instances where my queries were not properly addressed or took longer than expected to get a response. Additionally, their rates are not the most competitive in the market.
