Terrible! Going there for years for my car's oil changes and services. I assumed I was paying top dollar for top quality service. Come to find out I was paying for services that weren't being done AT ALL! Brought this to their attention and they made every attempt to cover for their own mistakes. I asked for a partial refund for the services that were clearly not performed on my car and again had to hear every excuse they could come up with to deny me the refund. Ultimately received the refund and left feeling humiliated. I'm not a car expert and assumed if I was taking my car to the dealership and paying more than I would anywhere else for services that my car would be taken care of. But it seems that since they can tell I have little car knowledge and am a young female they just said whatever they could to get however much they could for made up services.
