Overall, my experience with Cwc - clear water clarification technologies inc. has been satisfactory. Their website cwcti.ca is informative, and the staff was helpful in answering my queries. However, I expected a faster response time from their customer support team. The products are of good quality, but there is room for improvement. Decent company overall.
