I recently used a printing service from The Ink Well and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on time. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a query about my order, it took quite some time to get a response and the representative wasn't very helpful. Additionally, the print quality was decent, but not exceptional. There were some minor issues with alignment and a few smudges here and there. Overall, I would rate my experience with The Ink Well as average. They delivered what I ordered, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of customer service and print quality.
