I enjoy my workouts / personal training classes with my trainer Sunil Kumar. My workouts are primarily functional, weight training and a bit of cardio. Sunil is very involved in your fitness goals, works with you towards meeting them and progress is measured on a frequent basis. He pushes you to do better, become more stronger and increase your fitness level. Thanks Sunil.
