The classes at polefitcarolinas.com are top-notch! The instructors are skilled and make sure everyone feels comfortable regardless of their skill level. I've never been to a pole fitness class before, but I really enjoyed my experience here. The atmosphere is inclusive and non-judgmental. Highly recommend!
