I had an average experience with B20 media. Their website looked great and the overall design was excellent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and the representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable. Despite these shortcomings, I do appreciate their efforts in providing quality content. The rate at which they delivered the work was satisfactory. Overall, I would say that B20 media is an average company.
