I recently booked a trip with Bliss Travel Service and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of travel deals. However, the customer service could have been better. I had a few questions and it took quite some time to get a response. The travel agent I spoke to was friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the destination I was interested in. The booking process was smooth, though, and the prices were reasonable. However, I expected more personalized recommendations and suggestions based on my preferences. The trip itself was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, but lacked that special touch to make them stand out. Overall, I would consider using Bliss Travel Service again, but I hope they improve their customer service and add more personalized offerings in the future.
