The glass products from this company have been average 🤷‍♀️. The website was easy to navigate, with all the necessary information. Ordering was smooth, and the delivery timeframe was reasonable. However, the quality of the glass products I received was just average. They were sturdy, but lacked that perfect finish. Some edges were slightly uneven, and I noticed a few scratches 😕. The customer service was decent, though. They responded promptly to my concerns and were willing to offer a solution. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider giving them another chance, but I would also explore other options first. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of their products in the future.
