I had an overall average experience with Dreamlux. While the products were of decent quality, the customer service was lacking. It took quite some time for my issue to be resolved, and the communication was not the best. However, the prices were competitive, and the delivery was prompt. Despite the average experience, I might consider giving them another chance in the future.
