I recently purchased a custom canopy tent from this company and I found the process to be straightforward with a decent level of service. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of customization options available for the tent. The quality of the final product was acceptable, but not outstanding. 🏕️ While the delivery was on time, the customer support was average, and I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. Overall, it's an ok choice for a canopy tent, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience.
