I recently had an average experience with the company. While the team seemed knowledgeable, there were some communication issues that caused delays in resolving my queries. On the positive side, the company's platform offered a good range of data and analytics tools, which was beneficial for my work. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more proactive and attentive to my needs. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and communication.
