We have experienced recently a trip with wild discovery to Italy (Aug 2018) it was under expectations, with respect to customer service, follow up, coordination with local guides and hotel reservations. On top, we have claimed the details to the company, no response at all, which proved their zero customer care and ignorance to clients feedback.
As a bottom line, its not recommended!
