I searched online and in person at a few dealerships, but because of the solid customer service that Devin Considine and the other staff at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram provided, I kept coming back to Devin with questions and that s what ultimately lead me to purchase from their dealership. Devin was very responsive; in a fast, timely manner while also adequately addressing all of my preliminary research questions.

Devin Considine was phenomenal and helped me to achieve the look and style Grand Cherokee I had hoped for all within the budget I was hoping to stay under. It's a great SUV which will likely bring me back to Jeep again in the future, but it s the customer service from Devin and others at Lake Norman that will bring me back when it's time to look for my next car.
