How many characters do I have available to type? Bobby Bettencourt from the moment I met him was extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I have never in my life ever had a better purchasing experience. He listened to my concerns, and advised me in the best way possible. I felt like we had known each other forever. I do not give out compliments like this ever. I continue to go back a couple of times per week and buy all my Honda accessories through Bobby. If you get the chance to meet this young man.
